BodyPump was AWESOME but my quads and glutes are killing me. It’s such a struggle to stand up after sitting for about 30 minutes but no pain, no gain, right?

Tonight I have Zumba which is my absolute favorite class. My dad mentioned last night that he’s so glad to hear I’m exercising again and can’t wait until the day when I tell him that I’m going to be a fitness instructor (as teaching is my passion). I’ve wanted to be a Zumba instructor for a few years now but I just haven’t felt right about it at my current health level. I think that possibly by this summer that I’ll be able to try to get certified to be a Zumba instructor! Fingers crossed that everything works out though. I’ve got a lot more practice to do before I’m ready to get in front of a group and exercise. I’ll just hang out in the back of the room for now until I get to know more of the people in my classes (also so I can get the moves down since I’m taking these classes at a new place with different instructors than I’ve had in the past).

I’ve only got 10 minutes until I have to leave so I’m going to end this post here. Gotta go finish getting ready!
