Okay so I decided to get off my butt and actually do something so I popped in Just Dance 2014 into the Wii and did that for 40 minutes! My heart rate monitor says I burned 400 calories so if that’s really true I feel awesome!
I am still having a little difficulty breathing normally and I’ve been done exercising for at least 30 minutes so I feel like that’s a little odd…. I’ve never had this issue before. Maybe I didn’t do a cool down for long enough?
