Trip to Trim

Okay so I decided to get off my butt and actually do something so I popped in Just Dance 2014 into the Wii and did that for 40 minutes! My heart rate monitor says I burned 400 calories so if that’s really true I feel awesome! 

I am still having a little difficulty breathing normally and I’ve been done exercising for at least 30 minutes so I feel like that’s a little odd…. I’ve never had this issue before. Maybe I didn’t do a cool down for long enough?

Day 3 & 4 of Blogilates

Day 2 Blogilates Challenge

my abs are on fire and I am not the biggest fan of ABC Abs, but I did it! (that’s what counts, right?)

today I’ve started the Blogilates Beginner Calendar! I didn’t realize how weak my upper body strength was until today! I can’t wait to complete tomorrow’s exercises :)

weighed in at 165.2 today. So not much progress at all, but at least I didn’t gain any weight!

Just did my weekly weigh in and I’ve lost 1.7 pounds since last week! I’m down to 166.4 (according to the aria scale by fitbit) (and according to wii fit u I’m down to 164.5 but I don’t really believe that scale)

Current weight: 171.6

I’m extremely excited to FINALLY be leaving the 170s :) I NEVER want to allow myself to reach this weight ever again. I’m re-motivating myself and I hope to stay on track with the 21 Day Fix meal prep plan. My main issue is that I never know what to make and end up just heating things up in the microwave from the freezer. I’m over that and want to be healthier and the first step is to change my eating habits! This is a total lifestyle change and I’m ready for it!

Eek! It’s been almost a month since I last updated this. I kind of stopped exercising as much (going to change that asap) but I haven’t gained any weight back because of that, so that’s all good. :) I’m going to try to maintain this blog more to keep me accountable, so let’s hope that helps out!

T25 day 2 Alpha and dance classes tonight! I am tired! Both my dances are fast but I LOVE it :) so excited to learn more of the routines!

Restarted T25 today! Also tried Shakeology. I don’t know what all the hype is about it, but I did NOT like it. It had a funky aftertaste and it’s been an hour and I’m now super hungry. I’m going to the gym again tonight as well :) my friend and I call our gym trips, #shortsseasoniscoming
