Time to learn a new Zumba routine!

Tonight was my Friday night Zumba class and I am exhausted! My body is so sore from only exercising once this week. I really need to start exercising more so I am not this exhausted after my class. On a positive note, I feel fantastic. I had a new warm up and didn’t mess it up. 👍🏼

So I’ve kind of fallen off the wagon when it comes to healthy eating / exercising. I’ve put on way too much weight over the holiday and I need to change that now. As of today, I’ve started to track my food again using the fitbit app. I’m also planning on getting the new Fitbit Alta when it comes out in March. I love that it’s got everything I love about my current fitbit, plus it adds a clock and smartwatch features! I also plan on starting to exercise at least 3 times a week until I get back into the swing of things. One of those nights will be my Friday night Zumba class, while the other two will be a mix of Zumba, Zumba rehearsals, and Beachbody’s Cize program. Hopefully these things will get me back into the swing of things so I can get back on track with my fitness goals.
